Awards are very nice and being recognized is flattering, but I would say that my best award is spending time with, and learning from, the best in the business. Nothing can better that. Their generosity, kindness, and willingness to assist a fellow artist is beyond any award I might achieve. My reward is the friendships and camaraderie that lasts beyond the merit. Brian also teaches art classes in Fallbrook CA and remains involved within the local art communities. As Brian expands his work he has been invited to local and national art shows, most notably the Traveling The West Show in Dallas TX, a national show by invitation only of the nations top artists held in October 2015.  Within these shows Brian has been given awards and honors which he has proudly displayed in his studio as a reminder that each piece has to be better than his last and to push himself and his craft to consistently high standards.
