I could not miss out on the opportunity to create a special page in honor to those who made our world what it is today, as the freedoms which we now enjoy were in serious jeopardy some 70 years ago.
For those who gave their lives on foreign soil in Europe or the Pacific, for those long years and the brutality of war, I thank you and shall always keep your stories and deeds alive as long as I am here doing what I do.
To all those whom I have met and have had cherished friendships - thank you. Those who are still with us and the friendships which we have formed are priceless.
Finally, my sincere gratitude and heartfelt thank you to all the men and women of the Greatest Generation. May we never have to do what you once did, and may we somehow maintain to keep the hard fought peace that you gave to us.
